About CAI
Corporate Approved Inspectors Ltd (CAI) is an independent provider of Building Control services, registered to deliver compliance oversight across residential, commercial, and advisory projects. The company’s role is to ensure projects meet the requirements of the Building Regulations, safeguarding standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Working with architects, developers, and consultants from the initial design stage through to completion. CAI provides plan checking, site inspections, and final certification, all delivered with focus on clarity, efficiency, and professional standards.
Corporate Approved Inspectors are registered to undertake all building control work, including the delivery of the building control function for buildings over 18m as per RBCA Licence, under the following regulations: Regulation 46 of The Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024; Regulation 3 of The Building Safety Act 2022 (Commencement No. 4, Transitional and Saving Provisions) (Wales) Regulations 2024.
